MR Angiography of Renal Vessels was done using breath hold 3D Time of Flight protocol with dual phase acquisition technique after injecting I.V. contrast (Gadolinium). Advanced post processing of the raw data was done and 3D images were obtained of the abdominal aorta, bilateral renal arteries and bilateral kidneys. Screening of abdomen was done using T2W Axial and T2W Coronal sequences.

History - Patient came with the history of severe stomach pain.

Findings

Contrast MRI Renal Vessels with screening of abdomen reveals mild contracted bilateral kidneys with tortuous course and caliber of bilateral renal artery with focal attenuated caliber approx. 6.8 mm from the ostium on the right with resultant approx. 55-60% luminal stenosis and approx. 5.0 mm on the left with resultant approx. 75-80% luminal stenosis with pruned distal intra renal segmental branches.
