Findings
MR Imaging of Brain reveals a large mixed signal intensity intra and extra-axial lesion of signal alteration situated in right cerebellopontine angle cistern and across right cerebellar hemisphere causing splayed compression and rotation of the brachium pontis and pons and midbrain and fourth ventricle to the left and juxtaposed the porus acousticus appearing iso to hypointense on T1W and heterogenous hyperintense on T2W/FLAIR images with necrotic-cystic foci and few vascular flow voids with no canalicular extension with necrotic-cystic foci and few vascular voids with obstructive hydrocephalus.

Opinion
Findings are suggestive of neoplasia; exophytic glioma/ependymoma vs atypical schwannoma.
