MR Imaging of Brain was performed using Flair T1W and FSE T2W high resolution axial images of brain were obtained on a dedicated phased array head coil using 3 tesla Gradient system and correlated with T2W Saggital and Coronal images.

History - Patient came with the history of headache, vomiting & vision loss.

MR Imaging of Cervical Spine reveals:

DHTML Web Menu by OpenCube Ankylosis and fused C4-C6 vertebrae with partial blocked D1/D2 vertebrae with effaced intervening disc spaces and marrow signal alteration appearing hypo to hyperintense on T1W images and T2W images suggestive of largely fatty marrow replacement and minimal marrow edema and sclerosis.

There is patchy segmental intramedullary T2W hyperintense signal within the cervical cord opposite C3-C6vertebrae with posterior tethering at C3/C4 and D1 vertebrae with blurred and irregular thecal sac margins due to Arachnoiditis and epidural fibrosis with focal atrophy; Myelomalacia/Myelopathy.

There are non-discerned posterior elements of C3-C6 and D1 vertebrae (Post-operative).
